ARMS Bicycle Registration - Data Entry

Public Registration

Public Users can be added to the system in a variety of ways. If the department is not using the user import function, then public users can register themselves with the agency through the registration website. 

To Register, the Personal Details, Address and Other Details need to be filled in by Public Users.

 

 

The Agency will be preconfigured to be your department.

 

Dashboard

The Agency Admin will receive an email when a user has signed up. To enable the account, go to the dashboard to view the pending request. Click verify. After successfully verifying, the user will receive an email allowing them to login and add their bicycle to the system.

Like the above verification, once the user has added their bicycle to the system, the admin can verify it through the dashboard. Once verification is done, the user will receive a success email.

 

Adding Bicycles

To Add a Bicycle, Public Users can log in to their account and go to Bicycle > Add Bicycle.

Here they need to add basic information regarding their Bicycle. This information includes Primary Information such as Brand Name, Type Name, Gender, Size, Frame Serial Number, Value, Primary Frame Color, Secondary Frame Color, Registration Cost, and Description.

They can also add additional information such as Gear Speeds, Frame Material, Tertiary Frame Color, Rear Wheel Size, Front Wheel Size, and Photos. 

 

They will receive a success message on successfully adding a Bicycle.

 

Stolen Bicycles

Public users can report their stolen bicycles by selecting their bicycle they want to report as stolen and then clicking on the three dots and selecting “Report as stolen”.

 

 

On this screen, the user has the ability to add more information regarding their stolen bicycle.

 

Once saved, it will mark the bicycle as stolen and will display as shown below.
