ARMS Mobile "Warms up" multiple times a day.

The ‘Warm up’ process should be running once a day and generally, we set that to occur ~2:00 AM for most departments unless needed otherwise.  

The only other instance would be if the ARMS server (or services) were stopped and restarted for some reason.

The scheduling is handled from the department’s IIS server under the ‘Recycling’ options for the Web Application Pool.

The ARMS Support team can also remote into departments’ ARMS servers to check their settings and ensure they are running properly.
