If an Officer is not able to log off a unit in CAD and is receiving an error message saying, "Check event viewer for more details." Please do the following to correct the behavior.
You first will want to navigate to CAD Unit Maintenance in CAD.
In CAD Unit Maintenance, you will want to modify the affected unit and add a street name. Click save once added.
You will now be able to log the unit off as normal.
The last thing you will want to do is make sure the street name is on the Geo file that matches up with the street name module.
To do this, click on File -> Set-up Menu -> Geo File. You can then search for the specific Geo file and modify the street name.
In "Street Name" a user will need to delete the address and retype in the street name. The user can type a letter and press the tab and the user will be prompted with a list of correct street names coming from the "Street Name" module. Once the street has been added in from the list, click Save.
