Client Autofill Behavior

If you are experiencing the thick client window flashing while inputting text or the field autocompleting incorrectly, your local cache may need to be refreshed.

On the workstation, make sure to close out of the ARMS client completely.
Next, open File Explorer and navigate to this folder:

This PC > Windows (C:) > Users > [your user] > AppData > Local

Once here, delete the folder titled "ArmsBrowserHostAppData".


 

Now relaunch ARMS, and attempt to enter the text again.
