This error is caused by having the Adobe Acrobat extension turned on in Google Chrome.
The user will need to click on the puzzle piece icon in the upper right-hand corner.
From there select Manage Extensions. This will bring the user to a screen with all of the extensions installed in Chrome. Locate Adobe Acrobat and disable it by clicking the switch on the bottom right-hand corner.
Make sure that the switch is toggled to the left and gray to ensure the extension is disabled. Once that extension is turned off, the user will be able to print normally.
