Error message: 'Failed to enable Restraints' while trying to log in.

Please follow the instructions below if user encounters the error message shown below when attempting to log into ARMS:

Step 1. The user will need to contact an ARMS support agent to remote into their production SQL database server. 

Step 2. ARMS support will then need to run the SQL script attached here, to correct this behavior. 

Once this script is executed by ARMS support, the user will not experience this behavior again.
