FAQ : Case Not Loading - In Pre-2022 Releases of ARMS

This is a unique problem that applies to pre-2022 releases where if an apostrophe is in a name (i.e., Ja’Marcus, Isa’belle, etc) it will cause the case and the name attached to it will not allow the case to load and produce a 500 error in the webpage.

It is possible to resolve this via removing the apostrophe through ARMS or manually through the database, however, we recommend scheduling an upgrade with ARMS Support to permanently resolve this.
