FAQ: Event Code: 3005 -- 'Site is warming up' then timing out
Issue:
Web ARMS is showing ‘Site is warming up’ and then it will time out. This seems to occur after removing old, no longer used .NET Frameworks from the server.
Error from Event Viewer:
Event code: 3005
Event message: An unhandled exception has occurred.
Resolution:
Run a repair on the latest version of .NET installed on your server. The latest version of ARMS (24.9.2.0) uses .NET Version 8, but if you’re running an older version it might be .NET Version 6 on your server.
On the server:
Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features -> Latest .NET Version -> Change -> Repair
