The NIBRS Data Extractor is available in ARMS Mobile. Users will no longer need the stand-alone client. When looking to extract monthly files see below for further instructions:
Mobile NIBRS Data Extract Tool:
1. Navigate to ARMS Mobile -> Case -> State-specific NIBRS Data Extract
2. On the NIBRS Data Extract tool screen fill in the textbox fields. On this screen the Admin will first need to enter the date specified for the month they are looking to pull.
3. The "Export Status" should be selected as "Not Extracted” if the user wants to pull data for a month.
4. Users can then press "Extract."
5. Confirm the cases pulled are correct, and then click continue to send the files to the desktop.
