If the user is unable to generate or print a report and if they receive an error message as shown here,

Then it’s most likely that the user has an Adobe extension on their browser that is causing this to occur. Once the user disables/deletes this extension, they would be able to print normally again. To disable/delete extension.
Step 1. Go to the extension button in the upper right and then select the three dots

Step 2. Select the adobe addon and disable/delete it, the user should be able to print normally again.
