The Notification Manager screen shows blank:
The most common reason for this type of behavior from the notification manager is a wrong URL set in the system defaults. The URL path is case-sensitive so any wrong capitalization can cause this behavior as well.
In your ARMS client, you can change the default address for the notification manager to correct the URL.
To change this path:
Step 1: Go to the ARMS thick client, click the file, and select Setup from the menu.
Step 2: Then click on the system defaults tab.
Step 3: After you are in system defaults click on Web Integration and scroll down to the Notification Manager Settings section.
Step 4: Then enter the correct URL path for the notification manager Client.
