FAQ: Why Won't My Media Upload on the Mobile Client but it Will on the Thick Client?

This is an intentional design of ARMS Mobile. Media uploads are capped at ~.5 GB. So if your user's video file is larger than half a gigabyte, it will not upload into ARMS Mobile.
