This missing column is most likely where your department's ORI Number goes.
The ORI number is what dictates your location to NIBRS and is required for submission. The ORI number will need to be keyed in prior to running the data extract.
Your department's ORI is given when your department is sworn, and you will want to type this in on the NIBRS Data Extract client shown below:
