How Can I print out a Case that has redacted information?
If a department wants to remove specific information from a case for public release or other purposes there is a tool built right into Case Management that can help.
Go to Case Management>>Case>>Print>>Print Selective



The user can select several custom fields to be included or personal information to be excluded. The first three columns of check boxes include the item that is checked. The last two columns exclude the selected items from the included names. The names in the list will not be included unless they are selected.
