How do I make my referrals visible on my departments Clery statistics?

If an officer is unable to see referral codes in their departments Clery statistics, please do the following for each case as needed.

 

The officer needs to navigate to the 'Arrest/Referral' tab in the 'Add Names' section of the Involved Parties in the specified case.

 If an Arrest or Referral is not added to the name, please add one. This is achievable by right clicking the gray box and clicking add.

In the Arrest screen, the user will then want to confirm that there is a 'Referral' Stat code in the UCR Statistics section of the Arrest is linked to the case you are dealing with. Click save after adding the charge description and Stat code at the bottom. Those two fields will be the only ones necessary to show referrals in Clery statistic reports.
