How do I set up an employee?
In ARMS, an Admin can clone or duplicate the user permission for a certain employee and use it for a new employee.
Due to this admin won't need to go through the new user's User Access and check all the necessary boxes. The same boxes from the other user will be filled in.
1. Create a new employee by opening ARMS and going to File > Set-up >Employee File. Click on Add New.


2. There an Admin will need to provide a First Name, Last Name, ID Number, and Shift. If the Admin wishes to make them dispatchable in CAD, check the Dispatchable box and give them a Call Number as well. Select Save.

3. Go into the Setup Menu again and select the User Access Tab.

4. In User Access, click on the Clone User Access button. Select Clone From and Clone To and then click Clone after selecting the required users.

Edit the Logon Alias, Password, and Active Directory User (if applicable) for that user. Save.
