If your department is looking to track parking citations for unknown suspects, you will be able to do so by using the Parking Cites tab of the ARMS client. This section is essentially a notepad of all the citations that do not need to be attached to master names. To use the Parking Cites functionality navigate to ARMS Record System -> Additional Modules -> Parking Citation Files -> Parking Cites.
In Parking Cites the user can Add, Modify, and find new and existing Parking Citations that have been inputted into this section.
If the user's department needs to add the citation to Master Name or Master Vehicle at the end of the year they may do so due to these being on file in this department citation notebook.
