Use of a camera to Checkout Property:
To use the camera scanning ability in ARMS Mobile, the user can access the Search screen or the Property Check-in/out button at the top of the ARMS Property screen.
This will allow a user to use the Barcode button to the right:
When the user selects this, their device will work as if the user is taking a picture of the barcode, as such user will want to select Camera (in this case from an Android device):
Once the user takes a picture of the barcode they are attempting to scan, ARMS Mobile will give them the ability to crop the picture in case the user scanned an area with multiple barcodes and were unable to get a clear shot of the barcode.
ARMS mobile will then use the image obtained by their camera to pull the property number information or perform the check-in/out function depending on the action chosen and the status of the property they are searching
