I cannot connect to ARMS Mobile and have a Run Time Error Message
There may be times where your server needs the internet services (IIS) to be reset, due to window updates or possibly unknown temporary bugs.
If you are still able to access ARMS on a local machine, but unable to access ARMS Mobile, then you need to reset your server’s internet services.
To begin restarting your internet services (IIS), please make sure that all users have their ARMS application closed.
If any users are still logged into the system when the services are restarted the user may lose their work. To restart the ARMS services, go to your server’s Services. Begin by right clicking ARMSV3 Service and clicking stop. Then right click ARMS.Remoting.Server and click stop. Once both services are stopped you can start ARMS.Remoting.Server and ARMSV3 back up. Make sure you turn them back on in that order.

Please ensure that the two services are set to ‘Automatic (Delayed start)’. Right click each service and select properties. Go to General -> Startup Type -> Click on the dropdown -> Select Automatic (Delayed Start). Remember to do this for both services.

After restarting your ARMS services you can then restart your IIS Server. To do this click on the Windows icon and search for Command Prompt. Right click Command Prompt and run this as an administrator.

Once you have Command Prompt open, run the command IISReset. The command will run, and you should get the same output as shown below.

After the internet services have successfully restarted, your users are good to go back online
