Media Folder Location

ARMS stores all photos and media added to records in a specialized media folder on the network.

To upload media, the ARMS service needs access to write to that folder. If you find that you suddenly can no longer upload any media, contact your IT department and ensure that there is no quota or cap on the size of the media folder, that everyone has the appropriate permissions to write to the folder, and that there is enough space on the drive where the folder is located to add files.

This may be due to either permissions on the media folder being modified or the disk space for the media being full.

To verify where the media is located from the Application server open Regedit and go to key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >Software >Wow6432Node > E2E > InstallSettings = MediaFolder.

This is the location of the media folder.

The service account used to run the ARMS service must have permission to write to this folder. As well as the folder must have disk space.
