What do I do if I do not have any Involvement Type Codes in my dropdown list?
If you are missing Contact Involvement codes when linking Names for case reports in Case Management, you will need to make sure your codes in Code List are toggled on as 'Active' and not 'Is Inactive'.
If you want the code to be active leave the check box unchecked. Once you select active, they will appear on Case in the drop-down. To do this on Mobile first navigate to Setup -> Code list.
You will then need to set your category to 'Master Name' and Subcategory to 'Contact Involvement'.

After selecting those fields in the drop-down shown above, ensure that all of your needed involvement types are active by clicking on the code checking the Active box. Then click save.

To do this on the desktop client navigate to File -> Set-up -> Code List and follow the above instructions.
Note: If your Name list still does not populate with codes, please contact ARMS support to get a support agent connected to your database server.
