What do I do if my department badge does not print on any reports?
To correct this behavior user will need to get access to the ARMS database server and check the linked media table for duplicate rows related to the department badge.
An ARMS support agent will have the appropriate SQL script to run against the database. Once the script is executed the behavior will be corrected.
This duplication can occur when an old media folder is deleted, and a new badge was uploaded on top of the existing database.
