What does a kicked back report look like to the reporting officer?

By clicking the Approval Records button in Case, the officer will submit the case for approval.

Afterwards, the supervisor will receive an instant message notifying that an officer has submitted a case for review.

If corrections need to be made, the supervisor may kick back the case to the submitting officer along with notes on why it is being kicked back and what needs to be corrected.

Once the corrections are made, the officer will submit it back for approval. The supervisor will once again be notified via instant messaging.

If everything is corrected, the supervisor may choose to approve or final approve the case. Or kick back again if needed.
