What does an upgrade "Roll back" constitute?

In the unlikely event that an upgrade is not viable or for any reason a department needs to return live during an in-progress upgrade, a "Roll-Back" to the previous version of ARMS is performed.

The steps of a roll-back are simple and involve restoring the backup of an ARMS database that was made prior to the upgrade starting and rerunning the ARMS installer(s) of the version of ARMS that were in use prior to the upgrade attempt.

The support staff has access to previous installers if you no longer have access to the previous installer.
