If you are experiencing an unexpected behavior when trying to view media in the media viewer of ARMS, it displays the error message below:
Step 1: Navigate to C:\ProgramData\End2End path in file explorer.
Step 2: Delete the Media Store folder and relaunch the ARMS desktop application.
After relaunching ARMS the folders you deleted will recreate themselves.
You should now be able to view media appropriately.
