Why can’t I access a Case Report that I created?

Most likely this is caused by the Sex Offense Report, Confidential, or Juvenile Report check boxes being checked. 

These check boxes have additional permissions that must be set in the ARMS User Access to access Case Report. 

Please contact your ARMS Administrator and have them verify if one of the check boxes has been marked and if you have the proper permissions to view the cases.
