Why do I get a 'CrystalDecisions' error message, when installing or running the ARMS client ?

When trying to install ARMS, or launching ARMS,  if the user gets an error that looks like the image below:

It means the user will need to install the prerequisites on their computer.

These files require administrative rights to install.
The files can be downloaded from the ARMS support site. 

1. Uninstall any existing Crystal Reports on the machine, if any.
2. Reboot the workstation.
3. Install the 64-bit Crystal Report file.
4. Install the 32-bit Crystal Report file.
