This is usually a sign that the workstation's default printer is set to something like a Dymo or other small printer.
Crystal reports will orient the on-screen printout appearance, according to the default printer hardware settings at the time of the on-screen print job.
Please check the default printer and settings and set them to a traditionally sized printer.
Default printer settings can be viewed by going to Control Panel >> Devices and Printers (Name varies as per Windows version)
The default printer will have a green checkmark.
