Why wont my narrative print from Case Management on my case?
If a user is not able to print a narrative on a specific case and is able to print on other cases do the following.
1. Go to the case that is not allowing narrative print outs. Click on the narrative tab.

On the Narrative tab click modify.

Mark "Print in Narrative" checkbox to include Narrative in Print.
Test the print option on the case, to confirm that the narrative is now being printed.

If the behavior still persists after doing these steps please contact ARMS Support.
