# Enter Sick Event

Click on "Add New Time Off" in left Nav

Select the employee, time off type, the dates and connect the existing shift as shown below

A pending time off request will appear on the main schedule

The process of approving sick time is the same as other forms of time off, shown above. Opportunity to add OT will be prompted after the time off it approved.
