# Cancel Approved Time Off

With this feature Admins (Schedule Supervisors) can restore the approved time off with OT shift (if any) in the right way.  
There is a report where you can see all the approved timed off with date range and officers.

Just identify the record which you wish to restore to its previous state (shift).

In "Supervisor Actions", select "Cancel Approved Time Off

 Hit restore and it will display records in calendar with same shift color on home page.
