# Document Sign-Off

The DHQ Document Sign-Off Module is designed to ensure that employees formally review, acknowledge, and confirm understanding of important organizational documents such as policies, procedures, directives, and operational orders.

This module helps organizations enforce compliance, maintain accountability, and provide auditable proof that critical information has been communicated and accepted by staff.

Key features:

- Publish and distribute documents such as: 
    - Policies and procedures
    - Safety guidelines
    - General orders or directives
- Deliver documents to specific individuals, groups, or entire agency
- Ensure users always access the latest approved version
- Require employees to: 
    - Confirm they have read the document
    - Acknowledge understanding and compliance

- Maintain detailed records of: 
    - Who signed off
    - When acknowledgment occurred
    - Which version was acknowledged
- Provide audit-ready documentation for: 
    - Accreditation
    - Internal reviews
- Notify employees of new sign-off documents via email and mobile app push notification
- Version control
