Mobile App - Limiting Number of Devices and Removing Old Ones

The DHQ mobile app can be set to limit the number of devices a user can have. By default, that number is one. To change the device limit or to clear old devices access the Administrative Action menu:

Select AWA App Users or Mobile App Config

Select the user and click edit 

To allow multiple devices check the appropriate box and specify the device limit and click save. 

To reset and clear current devices, check the devices you want to clear and click Update and Remove Devices then OK
