The DHQ Premise/Property Check module provides a central location to list and log checks of locations. These locations can be listed for vacations, on-going issues, elder checks, etc.
Key Features:
- Address/location registry — a record for each enrolled residential or commercial location, including owner or business contact info, key holder or emergency contact, access details (gate codes, alarm company, key box location), and any special notes (dogs on premises, hazards, prior incidents at the address).
- Field logging — officers log each check from a mobile device or MDT, capturing time and a result code such as secure, unsecured, suspicious activity, or contact made. Notes can be attached to document conditions.
- History and audit trail — a full per-address history of every check performed, by whom, and what was found, which is useful both for pattern analysis (e.g., a business getting hit repeatedly) and for accountability/liability purposes.
