wap patrol shift is shift swapping between two officers on same/different dates.
Click on "Request Swap Shifts" from left navigation
Select first officer name, shift and officer swapping shift
Do the same with the second officer as well
Click swap
As admin, a swap request will be auto approved. Or if you are an officer, your swap request has been sent to admin for approval once admin approves it you will get email notification.
Swaps may be open ended or partial as well according to selection at the top of the form
