After entering the date, the system will show you the shifts currently scheduled. Select the day you're requesting off ![](https://kb.arms.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-18-2026-03-15-49-9082-PM.png?width=670&height=388&name=image-png-May-18-2026-03-15-49-9082-PM.png) Click "Submit" Your request will move to pending and await approval by a supervisor.  ### **Mobile App** From the app home screen, select "Scheduling" ![](https://kb.arms.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-18-2026-03-23-04-4127-PM.png?width=283&height=576&name=image-png-May-18-2026-03-23-04-4127-PM.png) Then select "Add New Time Off Request" ![](https://kb.arms.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-18-2026-03-23-56-7025-PM.png?width=288&height=536&name=image-png-May-18-2026-03-23-56-7025-PM.png) Fill in the form fields and connect to the scheduled shift you are requesting off and tap on "Submit" ![](https://kb.arms.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-18-2026-03-25-12-5396-PM.png?width=291&height=506&name=image-png-May-18-2026-03-25-12-5396-PM.png) Your request moves to pending status and awaits supervisor action The mobile app will send push notifications when there are status updates.
