            Description
            This interface is an application that will run via a scheduled task. The interface will monitor the database for newly added (or modified citations via preference) in the defined time range. This interface will look at both traffic and criminal citations. Once citations meeting the interfaces criteria are found they will be exported to a folder for Tyler to import. A single XML file will be created that includes ALL citations created in that date range.

            Configuration

            The interface doesn’t require any agency preferences. The only database requirement is that the user CADLINK be created.

            Next configuration step is to set up the “incodeexport.ini”. This configuration file contains additional configuration settings. At the moment the only configuration settings housed within this file is the following “STATUTE” section. It maps an In-Synch RMS section to a section used by Tyler technologies.

            Lastly, the following settings will need to be added to the in-synch.ini. Listed in the table below is a brief description of there purpose.
