Adding a Case Narrative

1. Click on the Details drop down and select “Narrative”.

2. Enter the narrative into the Narrative window.

3. Click on the “Database Save” button to save your narrative.

!Did You Know?

The Narrative window has traditional text editor formatting as well as “Timestamp” and “Spell check” functions.
Narratives can be written in other text editors and copied and pasted.
There are buttons on the Narrative toolbar to view/import Incident Notes, Charging Guidelines, and Call Notes.

4. Click on the “X” to close the Narrative window and return to the main Case Builder window.

5. Click the “Save” button to save any case changes.
