One of the main reasons for escalating a call into a case is to record crime information. Click on the word “Crimes” to open the Code Picker. Users can narrow down the list of crimes codes by entering part of the code section (A) or part of the offense description (B). Enter the “Occurred from”, “to”, “Date Reported”, and “Crime Date” fields.
