Adding Notes to an Informant

1. There are three different types of notes that can be added to an Informant record: Informant Notes, Incident Notes, and Payment Notes. All three types are available under the Notes drop-down list from the main CI Management window.

2. All three types of notes allow you to view historical information (A) as well as enter and save new information (B).

3. To add new notes, type the notes in the New Notes section (A), and then click the “Save” button (B).
