The CADLink interface is used to import Call-for-Service information from various Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) vendors into the In-Synch RMS Call Log Module. Most vendors output files in .XML format.
The CADLink process consists of two separate executables: XMLDirectoryWatch.exe and XMLAutoProcess.exe
XMLDirectoryWatch.exe – Monitors the shared folder for new files
XMLAutoProcess.exe – Processes the files into the correct database as a new Call-for-Service in the Call Log Module
