### Creating Posters

1\. In order to create posters, you must use the search option of “Lineup Search”. From the Search drop down list, select the “Lineup Search” button.

2\. The most common way to search for a poster photo is using the “Person” Attribute. By default, any juvenile is excluded from the results. Juveniles are people younger than the adult age defined in the Agency module or a person with no DOB entered. If you wish to include juvenile photos in the search results, click the “Clear All” button prior to entering any search criteria.

3\. For this example, we will use the default search of adult photos only. With the Attribute of “Person” chosen (A), click on the “Select” button (B) to open Person Management.

4\. Enter part of the last name, first name, or combination of both (A), and then click the “Search” button (B).

5\. Once the person record is located, click the “Choose” button from the Person Management window.

6\. The person record is returned to the selection criteria window (A). Click the “OK” button (B) to perform the search.

7\. Any photos matching the search criteria are returned to the Photo Management window.
