Entering and Deleting Daily Log Events

1. Entering events into the Daily Log can be done in two ways. The first is to select a Call from the drop down list that shows the Calls in the In-Synch RMS for the current week. Highlight the desired Call (A) and it will appear in the Summary block (B). Additional information can be added to the summary if necessary. After the entry is complete, click on the “Add” button (C ) to the right of the summary to add the record to the log.

2. The second way to add a Call/Event to the In-Synch RMS Daily Log is to enter it manually. Enter the start and end time as you would in any other module. Select an event (A) and Disposition (B) from the corresponding drop down box. Enter a summary of the Event in the Summary box (C ) and then click the “Add” button (D) to add the record to the Daily Log.

Deleting Daily Log Events

1. Calls and events entered into the Daily Log can be deleted by highlighting the Occurrence/event in the log grid (A) and clicking the “Delete” button (B).
