### Entering Custom Numbers

*\****Tips:**  
The Numbers tab can be used for entering custom field text as well as numbers.

1\. Click on the Numbers tab.

2\. Select a Number Type from the drop down list (A), and then enter the number or text in the Number box (B).

3\. Click the “Add” button next to the Number box to add the number to the organization’s record.

*\****Tips:**  
You can link more than one number to an organization by repeating steps 1-3 above.

4\. Save the updated organization information by clicking the “Save” button at the top of the Organization Management window.
