### Error Reporting and Printing UCR Reports

### Error Reporting

1\. A user may pre-check UCR reports by clicking on the “UCR Check Sum” tab (A). Select the report check boxes (B), enter the month/year © and then click the “Preview” button (D).

2\. A print preview of the selected reports will be displayed. Reports may or may not contain data depending on outstanding errors.

### Printing UCR Reports

1\. After any errors have been addressed, rerun the reports found on the “FBI UCR” tab, and then click the “Print” button on each page selected.
