Exporting an Image

Photos attached to items in the database can be exported to print or saved as a file. Photos stored in the database have been compressed and will not have their original resolution upon exporting or printing. All original photos should be kept in a safe location (CD, DVD, etc.) as per agency standard

Saving a Photo to File

1. From the search results, select the check box of the photo you wish to export (A), and then select the “Save File” button from the Image Export drop down list (B).

2. Browse to the location where you wish to save the photo, enter a name for the photo (A), and then click the “Save” button (B).

*Tips:
You can select multiple photos to save as file, and the software will prompt you to choose a save location and file name for each photo.
