### Linking an Address

1\. Click the “Add” button next to the word “Address” from the Contact Information tab to launch Address Management.

2\. Enter part of the address (the house number, street name, or a combination of both) (A), and then click the “Search” button (B).

3\. Highlight the address (A) and then click the “Choose” button (B) from the results grid.

4\. Click the “Choose” button from the Address Management window to link the address to the person.

You can link more than one address to a person by repeating steps 1-4 above.

5\. Click the “Save” button to save the address to the person record.
