Making Changes to a Completed Case

1. Once a case has been sent to the Completed tab, any additional changes to the case will not be saved. At this point in the lifecycle, it is assumed that the case has been closed. If a change needs to be made to the case, highlight the case in the Completed tab (A), and then select “Send Back” from the Actions drop down list (B) to move the case back to the Final Review tab.

After any additional changes have been made to the case, remember to select “Complete” from the Actions drop down to move the case back to the Completed tab.
