1. Click on the “Review” button from the main RMS toolbar.

2. Select “UCR Reports” from the Reports drop down list.

3. Select the “FBI UCR” tab.

4. Select the check boxes of the reports you wish to generate.

5. Enter the month and year of the reports you wish to generate

6. Click the “Preview Checked Reports” button to generate the reports and check for missing UCR data.

!Did You Know?

Under the UCR options, users have the ability to select “Summary” to encompass more than one month of UCR data.
Users will receive warnings or various error reports if any case is missing mandatory UCR data, arrest clearances, etc.
Any errors should be addressed and the report generated again to ensure proper UCR reporting.
