Pending Tab

1. The Pending tab is used to view all case assignments that have not yet been submitted for supervisor approval. The supervisor can read the case report or open the case assignment in Case Builder from within the Pending tab. The Pending tab is useful for keeping track of outstanding case assignments and making sure the assignments are being submitted in a timely manner. Any assignments past a due back date will display in red.
